Calorieconnect.com is a quick, free and easy way to keep track of your daily food and exercise. It will help you stay on track as you work to reach your physical fitness goals. Just set up your personal profile and start journaling what you eat and what you do. There is no calorie counting for you, the computer does it all, including telling you how many calories you have consumed, but you have to tell the computer the truth .

CalorieConnect.com is not affiliated with My NB Fitness Community. We don't know much about them, except that they have built a very nice site for tracking calories, and it's free. They don't even ask you for personal information. You simply create a user name and password, so the site can keep track of your progress each time you visit.
