I know it's been a while since I've been online, but there has been so much going on in my world.
From tornadoes tearing up parts of Oklahoma where family and friends live to flooding last week it's been challenging try to keep focused but with the help of God I know that I can get right back on track.
I went to the Dr. last week for a check up and found out that I gained 2 lbs since January, now that's not bad only 2 lbs in 5 months, however, I know that once you start gaining any weight back you have to get back on track to get it off and other weight. I know that I must get my mind back focused to losing that 2 lbs plus maybe about 10 more. I'm not trying to look like the girls on TV but I want to be healthy and feel good.
It's a journey everyday to constantly keep focused on what you eat and your physical activity. Somedays when I'm too tired to work out I will do floor exercises. If I have a lot of exercise energy I do my running and my hoola hoop. On the weekends I kinda take a break, but I do a lot of walking around on the weekends running errands and things.
The best thing I can say to staying on track is just do it. don't hesitate, just get up and do it. Exercise. Journal what you eat. Eat 3 squares a day plus 2 healthy snacks and keep yourself hydrated, especially in this hot weather we have been having lately.
No one knows about you but you and God. He made you so He knows exactly what you need. Don't be hard on yourself. If you slip up, don't beat yourself up. Just get back up and start again. You can't succeed if you never try. Hang in there, things will work out. Just do it.
